Good Morning Creatives!
Just a quick little post today to let you know that you still have time to join the God Glory Art Workshop.
God Glory Art Workshop
God Glory Art Workshop is a faith based journey into creativity and art. Join us in a six month long online experience, structured around God and Art. If you are new to art we will guide you. If you are new to your walk with the Lord we will support you. If you are new to both we will encourage you.
In this workshop you will learn techniques from 10 talented sisters in Christ and each one will guide you through over 20 God filled projects. Ranging from Bible journaling, home decor, art journaling, to canvas pieces. You will receive a new video every week. God Glory Art is a self-paced workshop that has no time limit, so you can work on your schedule. You will be able to refer back to the lessons as often as you like. Also included in the workshop is a Facebook community where you will be joined by other creative individuals who love God.
You will have access to a Facebook community as well as an online discussion board, where you will be able to share your progress, ask questions, and share your journey with others.
Workshop Sneak Peeks
Here is a sneak peek of a few of the projects that are part of the journey!
This beautiful page is from our fearless leader, Jamie Dougherty!
Lydell Quin is our resident Aussie!
Sue Kemnitz style is so specific…I can see anything she makes and know EXACTLY that she did it.
Here are a couple sneak peeks of my 2 projects for the workshop:
Together will make a mixed media prayer box. Needless to say…this box is so me! It’s bright and shiny and textury (is that a word?!?!)
For my Bible Journaling piece for this workshop, I chose to use the Proverbs 18:10
The Name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe.
Of course my page has fun layers and colors and of COURSE some sparkle (hello…it’s me!)
