Creativation 2017!
Good Morning Creatives!
Today is Thursday, January 19th and tonight I get on a flight to one of my favorite events of the year… the annual Craft and Hobby Association Trade Show called Creativation!
Last year, I had the opportunity to demo in The Crafter’s Workshop Booth and Marion Smith Designs.
This year, I am honored to be in 2 booths again!
What is so great about going to these trade shows (beyond seeing all the AMAZING new products) is the time to educate myself. CHA Creativation is great about hosting a lot of free classes that are all about learning the business, figuring out the ropes of social media and navigating this thing called being a professional artist.
My Friday is full of business classes that always help met to focus and allow me to set my sites on new things for the new year.
When the trade show floor opens Saturday I will attend the 2017 CHA Designer’s Meeting and demo in The Crafter’s Workshop booth. After that, I’ll be spending some time roaming the trade show floor checking out what is new for 2017.
I am also invited for the 3rd year to a bloggers meet and greet Saturday night hosted by Prime Publishing during Creativation.
This event is always so much fun because not only to I have the opportunity to hang out with other bloggers, but it is also a chance to meet one on one with some amazing business and hopefully open some fun new doors for 2017.
BIG NEWS!
In addition to all the other fun times that happen during Creativation, I also have some BIG news!
Well…sort of. I guess you could say I have a BIG TEASE!
Wonder what it is? You’ll have to wait until Saturday the 21st! I can’t wait to share!
