This was the first set of “REAL/FANCY” cooking utensils that @salleekendall bought me almost 20 years ago and they have been LOVED and USED for 1,000s of meals (if not 10,000+ meals!) They were a lot of money back when we had like NO money and I have cherished the gift he gave me. @salleekendall and I got a much needed overnight “us” trip to KC this past weekend. Before we headed home yesterday we stopped at @the.big.biscuit and y’all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We went to the Lenexa location and not only was the food AMAZING, but all of the staff and management were so great and the prices were incredibly reasonable. We decided to do a little bit of everything and share. We made ourselves a buffet at Big Biscuit: Strawberry Shortcut Bonut (French toast biscuit) Biscuits and gravy with country potatoes Kansas City omelet (sausage, bacon, ham and cheese) with fruit Plain biscuit with butter #thebigbiscuit #breakfast #brunch #kansascity#kansascityrestaurants
